We’re an AI consultancy today, but we didn't start in a lab. We started in sports.

Ten years ago, we were a digital marketing consultancy in the competitive world of professional sports. We built brands for elite athletes, but quickly learned that the biggest wins didn't come from strategy decks—they came from better tools. The manual work was slowing everyone down.

So we started building.

First, we built tools to automate our athletes' marketing. Then their sponsors and agents wanted in. Our reputation grew beyond the sports world, and by 2018, we were a full-service digital agency building custom solutions for a wide range of clients.

Along the way, we saw the next big shift coming. We began integrating machine learning and AI into our work early on, moving beyond simple automation to create true intelligence. The results were so transformative that in 2023, we made it our sole focus. We didn't just add an "AI" service; we transitioned the entire company.

Why Our History Matters

That journey from the race track to the boardroom taught us a critical lesson: technology is only useful when it solves a real-world problem. We aren't academics or theorists. We are builders and practitioners who have spent over a decade getting our hands dirty, finding inefficiencies, and creating the exact tools needed to win. It's that simple.

Today, we bring that same practical, results-driven mindset to AI. We're a remote first company, with people in Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States.
