The brand was invisible in the new, crucial channel of AI chat. When users asked LLMs for event-specific perfume recommendations (e.g., "a scent for Christmas"), their products were never mentioned despite being an industry leader within that market.

We built a custom AI tool to audit key sections of their site (both content and external links) to show optimization opportunities. We did so based on an analysis of the industry leading brand. The solution focused on strengthening the connection between their products and key locations by optimizing content, structured data, and their overall digital entity.

The tool is now used on all new content and is specifically designed for their industry and challenges.
